Austell, GA – The Fund’s first acquisition was Reserve at Sweetwater Creek, a garden-style community in Austell, Georgia that provides residents with immediate access to the Atlanta central business district and major transit arterials. Built in 1988, the property features Beach upgrades including newly renovated one- and two-bedroom floor plans, a sports court, dog park, and additional grilling areas. The property was sold on August 31, 2021.
